AL Vintage Vibes is a Texas-based small business specializing in curated books, heirloom book boxes, bookmarks, gifts, reading accessories, and literary-inspired merchandise.
Many of our products are handcrafted, curated, personalized, or assembled to order.
2. ELIGIBILITY
By purchasing from AL Vintage Vibes you represent that:
• You are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
• All information provided is accurate.
• You are authorized to use the payment method submitted.
3. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
We strive to accurately photograph and describe every product.
However, because many products are:
• handmade
• vintage-inspired
• curated
• personalized
• assembled individually
minor differences in color, packaging, ribbon, wax seals, dried florals, wrapping paper, or included accessories may occur.
These variations are not considered defects.
4. CURATED BOOK BOXES
Our Heirloom Book Boxes, Chapter Boxes, and other curated products contain surprise elements.
Customers are responsible for accurately providing:
• preferred genres
• favorite authors (if requested)
• content preferences
• allergy or fragrance concerns (when applicable)
While we carefully curate each order, we cannot guarantee:
• a specific title
• a specific edition
• a specific publisher
• avoidance of duplicate books already owned unless previously disclosed before purchase.
The surprise element is part of the product experience.
5. PERSONALIZED ITEMS
Personalized or custom-made products—including bookmarks, engraved items, custom gifts, curated boxes, and commissioned products—cannot be canceled, exchanged, or returned once production has begun, except where required by law.
6. ORDER CHANGES
Orders may only be modified or canceled before fulfillment begins.
Once your order has entered production, curation, wrapping, personalization, or packaging, it cannot be changed or canceled.
7. PRICING
Prices may change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, pricing errors, inventory errors, or promotional mistakes.
If an order is placed with an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
8. PROMOTIONS
Discount codes:
• cannot be combined unless stated
• expire on the listed expiration date
• have no cash value
• cannot be applied retroactively
• may exclude certain collections
9. SHIPPING
Shipping estimates are estimates only.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
• USPS
• UPS
• FedEx
• weather
• holidays
• customs
• carrier delays
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, subject to applicable law.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct before placing an order.
Returned packages due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges before being resent.
10. LOCAL PICKUP
Customers selecting Local Pickup will receive pickup instructions after their order is complete.
Orders not picked up within 30 days after reasonable notice may be canceled or considered abandoned without refund unless other arrangements have been made.
11. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the curated, personalized, and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We do not accept returns or exchanges because:
• you changed your mind
• you already own the surprise book
• you dislike the selected genre after ordering
• you expected different packaging
• you no longer want the item
• a gift recipient prefers something else
• you forgot to use a discount code
12. DAMAGED ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Your email must include:
• photographs of the damaged product
• photographs of the shipping box
• photographs of the shipping label
• your order number
Failure to provide this information may delay or prevent resolution of your claim.
We reserve the right to determine whether replacement, repair, store credit, or another remedy is appropriate.
13. LOST PACKAGES
If tracking indicates your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
• check with neighbors
• check around your property
• contact the shipping carrier
We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier, subject to applicable law.
14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All logos, product names, photographs, graphics, product descriptions, packaging concepts, branding, artwork, website content, social media content, and original designs remain the exclusive property of AL Vintage Vibes.
They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
15. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to:
• commit fraud
• submit false information
• interfere with website operations
• harass employees
• copy our products or designs
• misuse discount codes
Orders believed to involve fraud may be canceled.

By opting into SMS marketing, you agree to receive recurring promotional text messages.
